Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Party, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of Inspire Girls Football (IGF)

Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.

IGF – means Inspire Girls Football Ltd.


Bookings can be made via our website, over the phone or email.

All bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings for all sessions/courses we run, must be accompanied by full payment for the upcoming term/sessions. Until payment is made, your child’s place may be offered to someone else as we are limited to numbers for each session held. We require all places on IGF courses to be booked in advance so we can make sure the correct staff: children ratios are met.


Registrations may be accepted on the day depending on availability; however, these are not guaranteed so please have alternative arrangements in place. Confirmations – All customers will receive an automatic confirmation through online bookings which will provide a booking number. We receive the same details, so we are able to match up the bookings through our booking system. Please note customers will only receive automatic confirmation for school sessions if bookings are made online.

Late collection fee: IGF reserves the right to charge additional fees for late collection of children at a rate of £5 per child for every period of 15 minutes that elapses after the appointed collection time.

Cancellation by Inspire Girls Football: Should it be necessary for IGF to cancel any sessions or courses, as much notice as possible will be given and you will receive a full refund, or be offered a space on the same, or similar course/session at a later date. Inspire Girls Football does not issue cash refunds for any reason.

Arrival: Please make sure your child arrives no earlier than 15 minutes before the start of the session/course. We are unable to take responsibility for children who arrive earlier.

Departure: Parents/carers should arrive at least 5 minutes before the designated end time for the session/course. No child will be allowed to leave the premises until a parent/carer is there to collect them unless prior written notice is received with suitable alternative arrangements.

IGF may offer promotions and vouchers. In the event that you have been issued with a promotional code or voucher, this code must be redeemed and used in accordance with both the terms and conditions of that promotion and these Terms and Conditions.

Promotional codes can be entered on the website at the time of booking.


IGF accepts credit/debit card or cheque as methods of payment.

If payment is not received within 48 hours our system will release your child’s place.


All IGF staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request to IGF.


IGF may on occasions take photographs/film of any of activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising IGF activities through our social media platforms (Facebook, twitter) press and TV.

Parents/guardians who do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed, must make IGF aware of this at the time of booking or in writing before the Activity starts. If you change your mind you can ask for a photo to be removed anytime by contacting info@inspiregirlsfootball.co.uk.

IGF will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.


IGF cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending an IGF activity.  Please ensure that no valuables are taken to any venue by your children.


A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. IGF staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for IGF staff to administer any necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.

For safety reasons it is compulsory for all attendees to wear shin pads for every session. IGF reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child not wearing shin protection.

It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions.


We need to know about any medical conditions of your child in case of an incidents whilst in our care. Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed at the time of booking in writing to IGF at registration and to the lead coach on the activity or at the venue.


IGF has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by Inspire4Sport. Other than in relation to death, personal injury, or property damage, where IGF or its staff is proven to be negligent, IGF liability to you is limited to the booking fee paid by you.



In the event of inclement weather, suitable indoor activities will be organised to replace the outdoor activities at the discretion of IGF and dependent upon availability of the venue.


Any child that is collected must be collected by a parent or guardian. Each child will be released by IGF staff once the child acknowledges the parent or guardian. Any child that normally walks home unaccompanied from any activity will only be allowed to leave unaccompanied if a parent or guardian has provided written consent prior to the commencement of the Activity.

Everyone here at IGF aim to offer the best customer satisfaction. Any failure on our part to achieve this could be reason for complaint. We hope to receive minimal or zero complains however if something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it.  This will help us to improve our standards. IGF take complaints about our work, staff and our levels of service very seriously.

If you do have a complaint, please follow our simple step by step procedure below to ensure the complaint is handled as quickly and effectively as possible:


  1. You should make your complaint to the Head Coach in the first instance and she will attempt to resolve it.

  2. If you are not happy with the head coach’s response, or if your complaint is about the Head Coach, write to the Director of Coaching who will raise your complaint and act on it immediately.

  3. Please detail your complaint in writing to info@inspiregirlsfootball.co.uk, please include full details to allow our team to understand your complaint.

  4. We acknowledge receipt via phone or email within 3 working days

  5. We will aim to deal with your complaint within 28 working days, detailing the final response and what action is being taken.

  6. If you are not fully satisfied with our response/proposed resolution, please appeal the decision in writing and we will endeavour to resolve it to your satisfaction. Please email your appeal to Sophie Hollis (Director) – sophie@inspiregirlsfootball.co.uk



By booking an activity with IGF Ltd you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.
