We are pleased to announce we are hosting some online zoom class every Sunday throughout January 2021. What's included? - Ball Mastery exercises - Special guest appearances - Fitness drills - Fun challenges & competitions Sessions are indoor and garden appropriate and require minimal equipment- only a football! You have the option to turn off your camera if you would wish. We want everyone to feel comfortable in each class! Open to girls of all abilities & experience!
