Our vision is simple, provide a unique opportunity for girls to participate in football whilst at home. Our licensed coaches with a wealth of experience in girls' football development have come together to create this 6 week plan. The aim of the plan is to maximize each player’s football and personal development during this lock-down period. This program is catered for all abilities, from girls who have never kicked a ball before, to elite players.

Fear not girls, football will return. So use this time well. Build your mental toughness in all that you do, but, during these challenging times, remember to smile, work hard, keep a healthy balanced diet

& listen to your body.

WHAT EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

For this program you will need minimal equipment:

  1. A football

  2. A small space to perform technical and S&C program

  3. Some cones or an object for a visual aid
