Mini Lionesses
Ages 4–7 · Reception–Year 2
Her very first football. Fun games that build confidence, coordination and friendships.
Technical Centre
Ages 9–16 · All abilities
Weekly small-group coaching on first touch, passing and ball mastery. Great extra training alongside her club.
Elite Technical Centre
Ages 9–16 · Strong players
For standout players ready to progress. High-intensity training, advanced technical and tactical coaching, speed development and competitive showcases. Trial required.
IGF Academy
U12–U16 squads
Our elite teams. Train weekly and play Junior Premier League fixtures, with home games at Surrey Sports Park.

Full days of football in half-term and the summer. Book a single day or the whole week.

With six venues across Surrey, Hampshire, the Midlands and Cardiff, IGF offers a range of football opportunities for girls of all abilities. From weekly coaching and technical development to holiday camps and our elite academy, find your nearest venue and explore what’s on offer.
QUESTIONS PARENTS ASK
Does she need to be good already?
No. Mini Lionesses and Technical Centre are open to every ability. Only the Elite Technical Centre and Academy need a trial.
How much does it cost?
Monthly prices per programme, plus the one-off kit fee.
What does she need to bring?
Boots or trainers, shin pads, water bottle.
What if a session is cancelled?
If we cancel, you get a credit note for another session.
Can she play for a club as well?
Yes. Most of our players train with us on top of their club football.
